Precision OD/ID Grinding Technician -- Conversational CNC Specialist

Do you enjoy technical challenges? Are you fluent in conversational CNC and meticulous about surface finish, form, and tolerance? Join our precision manufacturing team and put your OD/ID grinding skills to work.

• Own core grinding processes: between centers, chucking OD, and chucking ID
• Program and run Kellenberger Kel‑Vista (3) with conversational CNC and multi‑tool setups
• Leverage Kellenberger Kel‑Vita for advanced work, including non‑round grinding
• Operate a Jones & Shipman CNC grinder for precise between‑centers operations
• Track your time accurately using job clock‑in/clock‑out
• Follow scheduled job lists issued by your supervisor
• Partner with Quality Assurance technicians on critical inspections
• Handle customer components with extreme care to minimize scrap
• Maintain relentless focus on quality and efficiency

• Conversational CNC programming proficiency
• Hands‑on experience with production run setups and changeovers
• Solid manual machining skills
• Comfort with OD/ID grinding machines and related technologies

• Kellenberger Kel‑Vista (x3)
• Kellenberger Kel‑Vita (non‑round capable)
• Jones & Shipman CNC grinder
• OD/ID grinding equipment
