CNC IF/TF Centerless Grinding Machinist

We are looking for a skilled **Machinist/Grinding Technician **to join our precision manufacturing team. This role is ideal for a machinist who thrives on technical challenges, and high-quality craftsmanship.

Relocation Assistance Available!

You will become an expert in a range of grinding processes including:

• Grinding between centers

• Chucking OD grinding

• Chucking ID grinding

Operate Grinding Equipment

You will operate a variety of grinding machines including:

Kellenberger Kel-Vista (3 machines)

• CNC conversational programming

• Multi-tool setups

Kellenberger Kel-Vita

• Same as above withnon-round grinding capability

Jones & Shipman CNC Grinder

• Conversational programming

• Between-centers grinding

• Track job time accurately through job clock-in/clock-out

• Follow scheduled job lists created by the supervisor

• Work closely withQuality Assurance technicianson critical inspections

• Handle customer components with extreme care to minimize scrap

• Maintain a strong focus onquality and efficiency

You should be proficient in:

• CNC Programming
• Machine Setups for Production Runs
• Manual Machining Skills
