We're looking for a dependable, hands-on team member who enjoys problem-solving and takes pride in quality work.What You'll DoTroubleshoot plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliances, and other systemsComplete preventative maintenance and safety checksPerform general maintenance and repairs in residential homes and facilitiesRespond to maintenance requests and occasional emergency repairsMaintain tools, supplies, and work ordersCoordinate with vendors when neededWhat We're Looking ForExperience in appliance repair, maintenance, facilities, handyman work, or building repairBasic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliance repair/maintenance, and general repairsAbility to work independently and prioritize tasksValid driver's license with at least 3 years of driving experienceReliable, team-oriented, and willing to jump in where neededPhysical RequirementsAbility to lift up to 50 lbs and work indoors/outdoorsAbility to stand, bend, climb ladders, and use tools safelyMust pass background check, physical exam, and drug screeningBackground Check & Driving Requirement DisclaimerAs part of our commitment to providing a safe and supportive environment for the vulnerable adults we serve, all offers of employment are contingent upon successful completion of a background check.
