Sweetwater Pools of Nashville is seeking a skilled and dependable Repair Technician to join our growing team. This position plays a key role in maintaining and repairing swimming pool systems, ensuring safe and enjoyable swimming experiences for our valued clients. The ideal candidate thrives in a hands-on, outdoor environment and brings technical expertise, attention to detail, and a strong work ethic.
???? Core Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair pool equipment: heaters, filters, pumps, motors, timers, cleaning systems, and automation controls
- Troubleshoot electrical components and pool plumbing systems
- Perform routine inspections diagnostics on systems
- Maintain accurate documentation and communicate effectively with scheduling and office teams
- Track and update service requests using digital platforms
- Maintain company vehicle and equipment inventory
- Provide friendly, professional customer interactions and updates
- Follow all safety protocols and company standards
'05; Skills & Qualifications
- Experience with swimming pool systems (residential and/or commercial)
- Knowledge of automation systems, plumbing, electrical, water chemistry, concrete and tile repair
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Organizational and basic computer literacy
- Valid Driver’s License with clean driving record
- Ability to pass a background and drug test
- Ability to lift 100 lbs and work outdoors in variable conditions
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
