Overview

We are seeking a skilled and motivated CNC Machine Operator to join our team in Victoria, TX, 77905. In this role, you will play a crucial part in our manufacturing process, ensuring precision and quality in every piece produced. Responsibilities
  • Set up and operate CNC machines to produce high-quality parts according to specifications.
  • Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work orders.
  • Monitor machine operations and make adjustments as necessary to maintain quality standards.
  • Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on CNC equipment.
  • Ensure that all safety protocols are followed while operating machinery.
  • Keep accurate records of production data and machine performance.
  • Collaborate with team members to optimize production processes and improve efficiency.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification in CNC machining is a plus.
  • Proven experience as a CNC Machine Operator or similar role.
  • Strong understanding of CNC machinery and programming.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical documents and blueprints.
  • Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours and overtime as needed.

  • CNC Tooling
  • CNC Machine Setup & Changeover
  • Precision Measurement & Hand Metrology

  • CNC Mill (3-4 axis VMC) (Okuma)
  • CNC Lathe (2-4 axis) (Okuma)
  • Calipers and Micrometers
  • Vertical Lathe (Okuma)
