Certified Nursing Assistant - Evening Shift

We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our evening shift team.
About the Role:
As a Certified Nursing Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents. Your responsibilities will include:
• Providing direct patient care, including vital sign checks, assistance with activities of daily living, and medication administration
• Working collaboratively with the interdisciplinary care team to develop and implement individualized care plans
• Maintaining accurate and detailed records of patient care and treatment
• Assisting with resident transfers, ambulation, and mobility exercises
• Participating in rounds and reporting any changes or concerns to the assigned nurse
Requirements:
Current certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in the state of Pennsylvania
High school diploma or equivalent required
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks accordingly
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations
