Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct care to residents, including assistance with daily living activities, mobility, and hygiene

  • Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans

  • Maintain accurate and timely records of resident care and services

  • Participate in resident assessments, care conferences, and care planning processes

  • Support residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) and instrumental activities of daily living (IADLs)

  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment

Requirements:

  • Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification

  • High school diploma or equivalent required

  • Ability to provide compassionate and respectful care to residents

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
