Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) Responsibilities:
Provide direct patient care, including personal care, vital signs, and assistance with activities of daily living
Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and condition
Participate in quality improvement initiatives to ensure optimal patient outcomes
Demonstrate compassion, empathy, and respect for patients, families, and colleagues
Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) Requirements:
Current certification as a Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) in Pennsylvania
Prior experience preferred, new graduates welcome to apply!
Ability to lift, transfer, and reposition patients as needed
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
