• Provide high-quality daily care (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, and grooming.

• Assist residents with safe mobility, transfers, and repositioning.

• Monitor and record vital signs, reporting any changes to the LPN or RN Supervisor.

• Maintain a clean, safe, and dignified environment for our residents.

• Collaborate with the clinical team to follow and update resident care plans.

• Active Pennsylvania Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification.

• A compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented mindset.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced long-term care environment.
