Job Summary:

We're seeking compassionate and reliable HHAs or CNAs to join our team at Care Connect at Home, a family-owned home care agency dedicated to providing personalized support to seniors and adults who need extra assistance to live safely and comfortably at home. What You'll Be Doing:

• Providing personal care assistance, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting

• Helping clients with mobility, transfers, and safe ambulation

• Offering companionship and emotional support

• Assisting with meal preparation and feeding

• Performing light housekeeping tasks, such as laundry, tidying, and dishes

• Following personalized care plans

• Reporting any changes in client condition to our team

What We're Looking For:

• Florida HHA certificate or CNA license

• CPR certification

• Current TB test OR Physical Exam

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

• Hoyer Lift Experience

• Ability to pass a Level II background check

• Dependable, compassionate, and professional demeanor
