About the Role:
As a CErtified Nursing Assistant (CNA), you will be responsible for providing direct patient care, including assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs), taking vital signs, and reporting changes in patient condition to the nursing team. You will also collaborate with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement comprehensive care plans, promoting a culture of respect, dignity, and compassion.
Responsibilities:
Provide direct patient care, including assistance with ADLs, mobility, and grooming
Take vital signs and observe and report changes in patient condition
Assist with feeding, bathing, and toileting
Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement comprehensive care plans
Participate in educating patients and families on self-care and disease management
Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and progress

Requirements:
Current CNA certification
High school diploma or equivalent required
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
