Responsibilities:
Assist patients with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming, in a supportive and respectful manner
Provide vital signs and report changes to the nursing team
Assist with feeding, hydration, and medication administration as needed
Help maintain a safe and clean environment for our patients
Collaborate with the care team to develop and implement individualized care plans
Perform other duties as assigned by the nursing team
Requirements:
Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification
Current certification and CPR training
Ability to lift, transfer, and reposition patients with the assistance of equipment or other staff members
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively as part of a team
Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays
