Responsibilities:

• Provide hands-on resident care and assist with daily living activities while preserving dignity and respect

• Serve as the eyes and ears of the clinical team, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration

• Build strong relationships with residents and families, providing emotional support and comfort

• Participate in maintaining a clean, safe, and organized environment

Requirements:

• Current Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) certification

• Reliable, positive, and team-focused attitude
