Job Description:
We are seeking a CNC Operator to run and maintain computer-controlled equipment to manufacture steel parts with precision. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented and experienced with CNC lathes and/or milling machines.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate CNC machines according to work orders and specifications
Load raw materials and inspect parts for quality
Perform tool changes and basic program adjustments
Maintain equipment and report any issues
Work with production team to meet daily targets
Qualifications:
Experience operating CNC machines (lathes, mills, etc.)
Ability to read blueprints and use calipers, micrometers, etc.
Basic understanding of G-code is a plus
Good problem-solving skills
High school diploma or equivalent
