EZ Concrete LLC is seeking a Laborer to support concrete installation projects and help ensure quality work across every job site.

Position Summary

As a Laborer at EZ Concrete LLC, you will assist crews in preparing job sites and completing concrete-related tasks safely and efficiently. This role is hands-on and vital to maintaining productivity, job quality, and strong on-site teamwork.

You will work closely with experienced team members to support daily operations, follow safety procedures, and contribute to smooth project execution from setup through completion.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with job site preparation, including setting up work areas and preparing materials and tools

• Perform concrete-related support tasks such as mixing, transporting, pouring assistance, and cleanup

• Keep materials, tools, and equipment organized and ready for daily production needs

• Follow safety rules and job site procedures to maintain a safe work environment for all crew members

• Support quality expectations by performing assigned tasks carefully and reporting issues to the team lead

Required Qualifications

• Ability to work onsite full-time and perform physically demanding tasks in varying weather conditions

• Willingness to follow safety procedures and work practices at all times

• Basic understanding of construction site expectations and the importance of teamwork

• Reliability and punctuality, with a strong work ethic

• Ability to lift, carry, push, and move materials as needed for concrete work

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience assisting with concrete, construction, or related labor roles

• Familiarity with job site safety practices and safe tool/equipment handling

• Comfort working in a fast-paced environment with shifting daily priorities

• Ability to take direction and learn processes quickly

Compensation

Hourly rate: $24.00 - $30.00
