Part-Time :

• 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM

• 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM

including every-other-weekend rotations.

Charter Senior Living is seeking compassionate Caregivers and CNAs who are passionate about supporting seniors in Assisted Living and Memory Care.

Caregivers and CNAs are the primary support providers for our residents.

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs)

• Support mobility, transfers, and personal care

• Follow individualized care plans

• Observe and report changes in resident condition

• Document care provided per community standards

• Provide companionship and emotional support

• Collaborate with nurses and care team

This is relationship-based care — you’ll have time to truly connect with residents.

• Active CNA certification preferred (caregiver experience considered)

• Assisted living, memory care, or long-term care experience preferred

• Compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented

• Strong communication and attendance reliability
