Aspire Senior Living Advance, a skilled nursing facility located in Advance, Missouri, is seeking a certified and compassionate Certified Medication Technician (CMT) to join our dedicated team. As a Certified Medication Technician (CMT), you will play a vital role in providing high-quality personal care services to our residents, contributing to their overall well-being and quality of life.
Responsibilities:
Administer medications to residents according to their individualized care plans
Monitor and record vital signs, including blood pressure, pulse, and temperature
Assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
Provide emotional support and companionship to residents, promoting a positive and engaging environment
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and effective communication
Maintain accurate and timely records of medication administration and resident care
