Responsibilities:
Provide high-quality patient care, including personal care, vital signs, and daily living activities
Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs), such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
Report changes in resident condition to nursing staff and participate in care planning
Maintain accurate and timely records of resident care
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to promote optimal resident outcomes
Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date with industry best practices
