We are seeking compassionate and skilled Certified Nursing Assistants to join our dedicated team of healthcare professionals at Serenity Estates of Lincolnshire. As a valued member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional care and support to our residents, while also promoting a positive and respectful environment.
Responsibilities:
Provide direct care to residents under the supervision of licensed nursing staff
Assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
Monitor and report changes in resident condition to licensed staff
Assist with mealtime, including setting up, serving, and cleaning up
Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents

Collaborate with other healthcare team members to ensure high-quality care

Requirements:
Current CNA certification in the state of Illinois
Active CPR
High school diploma or equivalent
Ability to lift, transfer, and reposition residents with ease
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work flexible hours, including rotating weekends and holidays
