About the Role:
As a Certified Nursing Assistant at Asbury Heights, you will play a vital role in providing personalized care to our residents, promoting their overall well-being, and enhancing their quality of life. Your responsibilities will include:
Providing direct care to residents, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
Assisting with daily living activities, such as feeding, toileting, and ambulation
Monitoring and reporting changes in residents' conditions to nursing staff
Participating in care planning and implementing individualized care plans
Maintaining accurate and timely records of resident care
Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
Requirements:
Current certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)
High school diploma or equivalent
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Compassion and empathy for seniors
Ability to lift, transfer, and reposition residents
