Job Summary:
As a CNA, you will provide direct patient care to our residents, under the supervision of our licensed nursing staff. You will assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and more, while promoting a safe and dignified environment for all residents.
Responsibilities:
Provide direct patient care to residents, including assisting with daily living activities, administering medications, and monitoring vital signs
Assist with maintaining a clean and safe environment, including restocking supplies and performing light housekeeping duties
Document resident care and communication with the healthcare team
Participate in resident assessments, care planning, and implementation, under the supervision of licensed nursing staff
Collaborate with other caregivers to ensure continuity of care and maintain effective communication with the healthcare team
