Position Summary
The Lead Maintenance Technician will oversee and perform maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting of production machinery, Manufacturing equipment, and facility systems. This hands-on role requires strong technical expertise, leadership ability, and a proactive approach to ensure uptime and reliability of all manufacturing and facility assets.

Key Responsibilities
· Lead daily maintenance operations, providing guidance and technical support to maintenance technicians.
· Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems on manufacturing equipment.
· Plan and execute preventive and predictive maintenance schedules to minimize downtime.
· Support installation and commissioning of new machinery and equipment modifications.
· Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, parts usage, and equipment performance in the CMMS system.
· Collaborate with engineering, production, and safety teams to improve equipment reliability and operational efficiency.
· Ensure compliance with all safety, environmental, and company policies and procedures.
· Train maintenance staff on proper repair techniques, safety practices, and equipment operation.
· Coordinate vendor and contractor maintenance activities when required.
· Participate in root cause analysis (RCA) and continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
Education and Experience:
· High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s degree or technical certification in industrial maintenance, mechatronics, or a related field preferred.
· Minimum 5–7 years of experience in industrial or equipment maintenance, with at least 2 years in a lead or supervisory role.
· Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, PLC-controlled equipment, hydraulics, pneumatics, and electrical systems.
· Experience with casting or heavy industrial machinery strongly preferred.
