You will be building industrial cleaning machines from the ground up — working with electrical systems, mechanical components, stainless steel assemblies, and fluid systems in a clean, organized indoor shop environment.
What You Will Do
- Perform electrical assembly work including wiring connections, wiring harness installation, and control panel hookups per electrical schematics
- Assemble complete industrial machines from start to finish following mechanical blueprints and assembly drawings
- Install mechanical components, frames, brackets, and panels using hand and power tools
- Install basic plumbing connections including pipes, fittings, and valves
- Work with heating and cooling components as part of complete machine builds
- Use precision measuring instruments including calipers, micrometers, and torque wrenches
- Perform mechanical and electrical testing and inspection of completed assemblies
- Complete work orders, inspection logs, and production documentation accurately
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace following 5S standards
- 2+ years of hands-on electrical and mechanical assembly experience in a manufacturing environment
- Experience with electrical assembly — wiring connections, wiring harnesses, control boards, or low voltage wiring
- Ability to read both mechanical blueprints and electrical wiring schematics
- Proficient with hand tools, power tools, and precision measuring instruments
- HVAC, refrigeration, or plumbing experience a big plus
- Stable work history and strong attention to detail
- Able to lift 50 lbs and stand throughout an 8 hour shift
