Location / Territory: Columbia, MO / Jefferson City & mid-Missouri
Compensation: $34–$46/hr ($70K–$95K annualized) + spiffs + after-hours differential

Role Summary
Midway is looking for an experienced Master Plumber to become a foundational leader within its growing plumbing operation. This person will independently manage residential and commercial work, pull permits, pass inspections, solve complex field issues, and help develop the plumbers who join the team around them.
Key Responsibilities
- Pull permits and oversee permitted plumbing work.
- Lead residential and commercial plumbing jobs from start to finish.
- Diagnose and resolve complex plumbing problems.
- Perform service, repair and installation work.
- Lead and mentor journeyman and developing plumbers.
- Maintain code compliance and successfully navigate inspections.
- Communicate professionally with customers.
- Coordinate field work with Midway's broader service team.
- Maintain high workmanship and safety standards.
- Participate in rotating after-hours emergency coverage.
Required Qualifications
- 7–10+ years of plumbing experience.
- Active or eligible Master Plumber credential applicable to Columbia/Boone County.
- Ability to pull permits independently.
- Residential and commercial plumbing experience.
- Demonstrated leadership/mentoring capability.
- Clean driving record.
- Ability to pass required screening.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience helping build or grow a plumbing department.
- Strong service and customer-facing background.
- Experience mentoring apprentices/journeymen.
- Familiarity with field-service management technology.
