Join our "swarm" today!Location: Altamonte Springs, FL. 32714Pay: $20- $22 an hour- Full-timeRequirements:Ability to pass a background check and MVR checkValid driver's license and clean driving recordMust possess, or be able to obtain, a Florida Aquatic Pesticide Applicator At least 1+ year of background and formal experience in lake/pond maintenance, landscaping, commercial mowing, turf management, pesticide applicationAbility to drive long distances, operate a trailer, a ventrac mower, string trimmers, and perform light mechanical dutyAbility to swim or be comfortable around bodies of waterAbility to lift 80 pounds on a regular basisPossesses basic math skills for the purpose of calculating appropriate levels of product applications.Great communication skillsTeam-oriented and aligned with Dragonfly's values: Quality Focus, Takes Ownership, and Growth Oriented.Key Responsibilities:Report to the field supervisor Manage the maintenance of post-construction stormwater systemsLoad and unload heavy equipment and planting materials from trucksIdentify and treat invasive weedsMowing/string trimming sites, and & minor repairs for complianceComplete and submit thorough Project Completion ReportsPrepare timesheets and other daily paperwork as required by the companySafe driving of company-owned vehicles, trucks (with or without trailers), and transporting crew members.Attend and participate in safety meetings such as safe driving of company-owned vehicles and trucks (with or without trailers) and other OSHA topicsBenefits & Perks:Health, Dental, and Vision Insurance401(k) matchingLife InsuranceFlexible Spending AccountsPaid Time Off Holiday PayEmployee Assistance ProgramReferral BonusProtective Footwear BonusPotential Growth PathField Supervisor Operations ManagerBranch ManagerDragonfly Pond Works is a leading environmental service company specializing in stormwater management.
