Responsibilities:
Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
Provide vital signs and report changes to the nursing staff
Assist with transferring, lifting, and moving residents safely and efficiently
Support residents with their nutritional needs, including feeding and hydration
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment for residents and staff
Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans
Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare professionals

Requirements:
Current certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)
High school diploma or equivalent required
