Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) / LNA - Part-Time and Full-Time Positions Available

As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) / Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA), you'll play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, feeding, and other activities of daily living

  • Support nurses and other members of the care team as needed

  • Help residents with transferring, repositioning, walking, and wheelchair mobility

  • Assist with meal service, feeding, and documenting food and fluid intake

  • Provide companionship and emotional support to residents

  • Observe residents and promptly report any changes in condition to the nursing team

  • Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment

  • Follow resident care plans, facility policies, and infection-control procedures

  • Document completed care accurately and on time

Qualifications:

  • Active LNA certification in good standing is required for LNA positions

  • Previous PCA, caregiving, home care, or long-term care experience is preferred for PCA positions

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred

  • Ability to communicate effectively and work as part of a team

  • Compassionate, reliable, and committed to providing excellent resident care

  • Ability to safely assist residents with mobility and personal care needs

  • Long-term care or rehabilitation experience is preferred
