Job Summary:
CareBuilders at Home - Warminster (Bucks County) PA is seeking compassionate and dedicated caregivers to join our team! Responsibilities:
Provide personal care assistance to clients, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
Assist with daily living activities, such as meal preparation, light housekeeping, and medication reminders
Engage in conversations and activities with clients to promote mental and emotional well-being
Maintain accurate records of client care and communicate effectively with clients, family members, and healthcare professionals
Support clients with daily needs, including transfers, ambulation, and mobility assistance
