CNA Job Summary:

CNA Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care under the supervision of licensed nurses, including bathing, dressing, and grooming residents

• Assist with vital signs, toileting, and ambulation as needed

• Develop and maintain a rapport with residents, families, and staff to ensure a warm and welcoming environment

• Observe and report changes in residents' conditions to licensed nurses and medical staff

• Participate in care planning and implementation, including assisting with med-administration and wound care

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care

Requirements:

• Current Certified Nursing Assistant CNA certification

• Must be able to pass level 2 fingerprinting with an Eligible status.

• High school diploma or equivalent required

• 8 hour shift schedule, with flexibility to work varying shifts and weekends as needed

• Ability to lift, transfer, and reposition residents with minimal assistance
