CNC Machinist - 2nd/3rd Shift

We are looking for CNC Machinists who can set up and operate CNC mills, manual mills, lathes, saws, and magnetic drills to produce parts according to engineering specifications.

Job Description:

• Set up and operate CNC mills, manual mills, lathes, saws, and magnetic drills to produce parts according to engineering specifications
• Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work orders to determine proper machine setup requirements
• Conduct first-piece inspections and make adjustments to ensure optimal production outcomes
• Troubleshoot machining and setup issues to keep production running efficiently, and perform routine quality checks on finished parts
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in accordance with established protocols
• Prior experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints incorporating GD&T symbology, industry and military standards, and customer specifications
• Proficiency using precision measuring instruments in both imperial and metric units to verify dimensional accuracy
• Capable of working independently or collaboratively as part of a team with minimal supervision, following both written and verbal instructions
