We are looking for dedicated and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistants to provide high-quality, hands-on care to our residents. We are currently looking for Full-time & Part-time CNAs, across all shifts.

Compensation: Full-Time

  • Hourly Rate: $21.00

  • No-Frills Option:

    • +2.00 for Waiving Insurance

    • +1.00 for Waiving PTO benefits


Compensation: Part-Time

  • Hourly Rate: $23.00 Monday thru Friday, and $28.00 on the Weekends.

This is a non-benefited position for the right individual looking to work a committed schedule of 2-3 shifts per week (with the opportunity to pick up additional shifts due to callouts, and vacation.

Qualifications:

  • Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in the state of New Jersey

  • Previous experience in a long-term care or rehabilitation setting preferred

  • Compassionate, patient-focused approach to care

  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment

  • Occasional weekend shifts may be required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting

  • Provide support with mobility, transfers, and positioning

  • Monitor and report changes in residents’ physical or emotional condition to nursing staff

  • Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents

  • Document care provided in accordance with facility policies and procedures

  • Collaborate with nursing staff and other team members to ensure continuity of care
