What you'll tackle

• Set up and operate diverse production machinery in line with specifications and work orders.
• Track part quality and throughput; adjust parameters to sustain accuracy and efficiency.
• Perform routine maintenance and diagnose issues to keep equipment online.
• Document output and maintain clear, complete production records.
• Uphold safety standards and a spotless, organized workspace.
• Team up with peers to meet production commitments.
• Support training initiatives for new operators as needed.

What makes you effective here

• High school diploma/GED; additional technical training strongly preferred.
• Proven success in a machine operator or equivalent manufacturing position.
• Solid mechanical instincts and troubleshooting skills.
• Comfortable reading and applying blueprints and technical specs.
• Quality-first mindset with excellent attention to detail.
• Collaborative communicator who contributes to team success.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including overtime when required.
