Responsibilities:

Assist with vital signs, ambulation, and range of motion exercises
Report any changes or concerns to the nursing team and contribute to the development of individualized care plans
Maintain a clean and safe environment, adhering to infection control guidelines
Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure quality care and achieve patient satisfaction
Requirements:
Current certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in the state of Oklahoma
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
