Provide compassionate care with dignity and respect for each resident
Monitor vital signs and report changes in resident condition or behavior to nursing staff
Treat and care for residents and their property with dignity and respect
Ensure resident comfort, safety, and well-being in accordance with long-term care standards
Maintain reliable transportation and punctuality for assigned shifts
Routinely make rounds and provide responsive resident care and services
Assist residents with daily living activities and personal care needs
Support a positive, safe, and resident-centered care environment
Perform additional duties as assigned by management
Current Illinois CNA certification required
Graduate of an accredited CNA program required
Long-term care experience preferred
Caring, dependable, and professional team player
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Passionate about providing personalized care and enhancing the lives of residents
