Job Title: Electronic Assemblers
Location: Houston, TX 77064
Temp -To -Hire
Schedule: Mon - thur. 7am -5:30pm w/OT as needed on Friday and Saturday. (Great shift 4 day, 10 hour shifts)
Pay: $16.50/hr $17.50hr

*Soldering Experience Preferred* MUST be able to work with small parts *
Key Responsibilities
- Follow detailed assembly instructions, processes, and procedures
- Willing to cross train and work different departments and cells
- Assemble parts and components to required specifications and quality standards
- Perform machine setup and operate equipment as needed
- Conduct basic testing and inspection of assembled products
- Package finished products for shipment
- Follow all company Quality, Safety, and OSHA guidelines
- Participate in continuous improvement and safety programs (5S, Near Miss, etc.)
- Train team members on job functions and safety practices when needed
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor
Qualifications
Skills & Knowledge:
- Experience with assembly and testing processes
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Basic knowledge of manufacturing equipment and processes
Education:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years of manufacturing experience
- Electronic soldering experience
