A Compassionate Choice Home Care, LLC is seeking an experienced, dependable, and compassionate Lead CNA Caregiver to join our growing home care agency.
This is a hands-on caregiving position with additional lead responsibilities. The Lead CNA Caregiver will provide direct care to assigned clients while also helping the agency maintain reliable, high-quality services.
The ideal candidate is a compassionate, reliable, strong caregiver and natural leader who is willing to assist with urgent shift coverage, check on caregivers and clients, help new caregivers become familiar with their assignments, and communicate important concerns to management.

This is a hands-on caregiving position with additional lead responsibilities. The Lead CNA Caregiver will provide direct care to assigned clients while also helping the agency maintain reliable, high-quality services.

Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate, professional in-home care to assigned clients
- Assist clients with personal care and activities of daily living within the CNA’s authorized scope
- Help cover caregiver call-outs, open shifts, and urgent scheduling needs
- Be available for some short-notice assignments, based on availability
- Conduct caregiver and client check-ins as requested by management
- Visit client homes when needed to help address service concerns
- Help new caregivers become familiar with clients’ routines, care plans, and expectations
- Observe caregiver performance and report concerns to management
- Communicate changes in a client’s condition, needs, or environment promptly
- Help ensure caregivers arrive as scheduled and provide appropriate care
- Maintain professional communication with clients, families, caregivers, and office staff
- Complete required visit notes, check-in reports, and other documentation accurately and on time
- Follow all agency policies, client care plans, confidentiality requirements, and safety procedures
- Serve as a positive example and dependable resource for other caregivers
- Current Nevada Certified Nursing Assistant certification
- At least two years of professional caregiving or CNA experience preferred
- Previous lead caregiver, home care, facility, or supervisory experience strongly preferred
- Strong caregiving, communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Dependable, professional, patient, and compassionate
- Able to respond calmly and appropriately to unexpected situations
- Willing and able to provide direct hands-on care
- Flexible availability, including some evenings, weekends, holidays, or short-notice shifts
- Reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license, and current automobile insurance
- Ability to travel to client homes throughout the Las Vegas area
- Ability to pass all required background checks and meet Nevada home care employment requirements
- Current CPR/First Aid certification and required health documentation, or willingness to obtain them within the required timeframe
