Key Responsibilities

• Precision Fabrication: Execute complex machining tasks using a wide array of equipment, including Manual & CNC Lathes, Mills, and specialized hand tools.
• Design-to-Build: Utilize SolidWorks to transition concepts into reality, performing design-for-manufacturability (DFM) assessments.
• CNC Mastery: Program, set up, and operate CNC machinery, ensuring optimal tool paths and efficiency.
• Metrology & Quality: Conduct high-level precision inspections and metrology to ensure all components meet rigorous aerospace-grade or technical tolerances.
• Collaborative Engineering: Work alongside a diverse team of engineers and scientists to solve prototyping challenges for cutting-edge technology projects.

• Experience: 15+ years of professional machining experience in high-precision environments.
