Responsibilities:
Assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming, as needed
Provide supportive care to residents, including transfer and mobilization assistance
Monitor vital signs and report changes to the healthcare team
Maintain accurate and up-to-date resident records
Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans
Provide emotional support and companionship to residents
Maintain a clean and safe environment by adhering to infection control protocols and following safety guidelines

Requirements:
Must hold a valid State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA) certification
High school diploma or equivalent required
