Position: Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)
Location: Orlando, FL
Shifts: All Shifts
Salary: $17.50–$21.00/hr + shift differentials

Key Responsibilities:
Provide hands-on care: bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal assistance.
Support safe resident transfers and mobility using proper techniques.
Observe and report changes in residents’ physical, emotional, or mental status.
Maintain clean and safe resident spaces, including linens and hygiene needs.
Offer companionship and emotional support, fostering a welcoming environment.
Assist with recreational activities to promote engagement and social interaction.
Monitor dietary needs and hydration, ensuring nutritional requirements are met.
Accurately document care activities, incidents, and daily logs.
Collaborate with the healthcare team to implement personalized care plans.
Qualifications:
Active CNA license in the State of Florida.
Compassionate, professional, and dedicated to improving residents’ quality of life.
Strong teamwork and communication skills.
Experience in skilled nursing, long-term care, or assisted living (preferred but not required).
