Certified Nursing Assistant / Home Care Aide | Highgate Senior Living – Billings, MT
Compensation: $20.00–$23.00 per hour

ABOUT THE ROLE
Support residents in assisted living and memory care with hands-on care rooted in dignity and choice. Your skill and presence help residents stay healthy, comfortable, and connected so families can feel confident.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
Provide ADL support, including bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and mobility.
Offer companionship, purposeful engagement, and cueing.
Monitor and report changes and complete documentation accurately and on time.
Uphold infection control, safety, and emergency procedures.
Assist with dining, hydration, and restorative activities.
Work collaboratively with nurses, leaders, and families.
SKILLS & ATTRIBUTES
Compassionate, resident-first mindset with strong communication.
Critical thinking and sound judgment in dynamic situations.
Adaptability and initiative; comfortable changing pace and priorities.
Team-oriented and receptive to coaching and feedback.
Interest in dementia education and person-centered techniques.
RELATABLE EXPERIENCE
Experience in assisted living, memory care, or home care.
Healthcare, hospitality, or high-touch customer service roles.
Multitasking and service roles where empathy and reliability are essential.
Volunteer work serving vulnerable populations.
QUALIFICATIONS
At least 18 years of age.
Current CNA or HCA license, as required for the position.
CPR and First Aid certification, or willingness to obtain.
Current negative TB test.
Ability to stand, bend, and move throughout the workday and transfer up to 50 pounds with assistance.
Ability to pass a criminal background check.
Organized, efficient, and able to work independently when needed.
