Part-Time Apartment Leasing Consultant for Luxury Suburban Apartments

We are looking to add to our team of leasing consultants at our luxury apartment community in Williamsville, New York.

We are looking for someone has a passion for providing exceptional customer service, has an upbeat and outgoing personality and comes to work every day with a positive attitude and a smile! No experience in leasing? That's o-kay...we're willing to train the right candidate!

The position entails a combination of:

• Sales (Leasing Apartments) - You will be showing apartments to prospective residents as well as following up via phone or email with prospects
• Customer Service (Assisting Residents) - You will be assisting residents with completing necessary paperwork, explaining policies to residents, taking work orders for residents and assist in planning and hosting resident parties
• Office/Computer Skills - You will be using a computer system in all lead and resident correspondence and tracking. You must also be familiar with Microsoft Office Systems.
• Sales, Leasing, Customer Service or Hospitality Industry experience is a plus but not necessary.

Hours:

Every Saturday 10 am to 3 pm, Monday 10 am to 3 pm, Wednesday 10 am to 2 pm and Friday 10 am to 2 pm

Salary:

$20.00 - $22.00 per hour based on experience. You will also be part of our Bonus Program!
