Our manufacturing floor depends on equipment that runs flawlessly. In this role, you are the force behind maximum uptime and precision. You’ll hunt down root causes, implement lasting fixes, and design preventive routines that stop problems before they start.

Your mission
  • Diagnose failures by operating CNC machines and auxiliary systems to replicate issues.
  • Isolate faults to mechanical or electronic components; disassemble only what’s necessary to repair.
  • Use precision measurement to assess wear/misalignment; realign spindles, clutches, and assemblies.
  • Verify every fix with functional tests and return-to-service checks.
  • Troubleshoot electrical systems, read machine schematics, and take accurate AC/DC measurements.
  • Create and maintain machine-specific PM lists; perform and document required maintenance.
  • Engage outside suppliers for specialized repairs and parts when appropriate.
  • Collaborate with engineers, programmers, production teams, machinists, and operators to resolve machining/assembly concerns.
  • Assist raw material/saw operations and finishing/parts washing as needed to support throughput.
  • Contribute to facility upkeep across mechanical, plumbing, electrical, air compressor, lubrication, hoists, and material handling systems.
  • Other duties may be assigned.

Background we’re looking for
  • Associate’s in mechanical/electrical disciplines preferred or equivalent military/technical training; 5+ years of hands-on CNC production maintenance; or a comparable mix of experience and education.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, machine drawings, safety rules, operating/maintenance instructions, and procedures.
