As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), you will play a vital role in our nursing team, providing exceptional hands-on care to our residents. You will collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure that we deliver the highest quality of care, helping residents regain and maintain their optimal level of independence. What You'll Do

  • Provide individualized care to residents according to each resident’s plan of care.

  • Assist residents with activities of daily living (ALDs) including bathing, grooming, and dressing.

  • Assist with mealtime activities, including feeding residents as needed.

  • Assist residents with mobility, including transferring and positioning them safely.

  • Monitor residents’ health status and vital signs and report any changes or concerns to the nurse.

  • Engage residents in social and recreational activities to promote overall well-being.

  • Maintain safe, clean, and organized living environment for residents.

  • Perform other duties as required to provide exceptional care to each resident.

What You Need

  • Active unencumbered certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in North Carolina.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Highly organized and detail oriented.

  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
