As a Certified Nursing Assistant, you will:
Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, eating, and mobility
Measure and document vital signs while accurately recording resident care
Observe residents for changes in condition and promptly communicate concerns to the nursing team
Assist with transfers, repositioning, and ambulation using proper safety techniques
Provide compassionate, respectful, and individualized care that promotes dignity and independence
Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents
Build meaningful relationships with residents, families, and fellow team members
Support nurses and the interdisciplinary team in delivering exceptional care
Current North Carolina Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification
CPR certification preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Compassionate, dependable, and resident-focused attitude
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment
