Conduct daily checks and preventive maintenance on facility systems
Troubleshoot and repair basic electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and carpentry issues
Ensure safety and cleanliness of common areas, resident rooms, and outdoor spaces
Respond to urgent repair requests promptly and professionally
Maintain accurate maintenance logs and safety documentation
Support team in preparing rooms for new residents or events
On Call as needed
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training preferred
Experience in building maintenance, ideally in healthcare or residential settings
Strong knowledge of safety codes and basic building systems
Ability to interact respectfully with elderly residents and staff
Solid organization and time management skills
Ability to lift heavy objects and perform manual tasks when required
