Electronics Assembler

Job Description:
Work with your hands to solder and assemble electronics and hardware
Verify dimensions of parts to technical drawings using tools such as calipers and height gauges
Accurately assemble materials with quality and on time
Read and interpret technical drawings, diagrams, specifications, work orders, or instructions
Adhere to all product and process documentation
Read and interpret electrical schematics
Ensures proper safety and housekeeping standards
Inspect wiring installations, assemblies, and circuits
Work with Quality team to resolve issues in a timely fashion
Other duties assigned
Qualifications:
- High School education or equivalent experience
Good hand/eye coordination; able to work with small parts and assemblies
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance
instructions, technical drawings, and procedure manuals
Computer literacy
Flexible to changing work assignments
Communicates effectively with management and team members

0-3 years of experience
Able to perform repetitive tasks

3-6 years of experience
Able to perform intermediate level, non-repetitive tasks

Able to analyze problems, recommend
solutions and may make suggestions on process improvements
May direct the work of others or be utilized as a Subject Matter Expert
Works under limited supervision with ability to perform work independently
