Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) – PRN | 12-Hour Shifts

We are seeking compassionate Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join a Veterans care facility in Flagstaff, AZ. This is a PRN opportunity with flexible scheduling—perfect for CNAs looking to pick up shifts while making a meaningful impact.
⏰ Schedule:
PRN / As Needed (no guaranteed hours)
12-hour shifts: 6:00 AM – 6:30 PM or 6:00 PM – 6:30 AM
Day and night shifts available
💼 What You’ll Do:
Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
Support mobility, transfers, and repositioning
Monitor and record vital signs
Assist with meals, hydration, and dining support
Maintain accurate documentation in EMR
Respond promptly to call lights and resident needs
Maintain a clean, safe, and hygienic environment
Assist nursing staff with basic procedures and care needs
'05; Requirements:
Active CNA certification (Arizona)
CPR/BLS certification required
Ability to pass background check and drug screening
Compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented
