Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality care to residents, focusing on their physical, emotional, and social well-being

• Assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming

• Monitor vital signs and report any changes to the nursing team

• Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents and staff

• Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans
