Job Summary:
We're seeking a compassionate and skilled CNA to join our team of dedicated healthcare professionals. As a CNA, you'll provide resident care and support with activities of daily living, while ensuring the highest level of quality care and customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Assist residents with meals, feeding, and hydration
• Provide personal hygiene care including bathing, grooming, toileting, and showers
• Assist with ambulation, turning, positioning, and transfers
• Monitor resident stability by checking vital signs and weights; record intake and output
• Respond promptly to call lights and resident requests
• Observe and report changes in resident condition to nursing staff
• Document care using required forms, reports, logs, and records
• Maintain resident privacy and dignity in compliance with HIPAA guidelines
• Follow professional standards, company policies, and federal, state, and local regulations

Requirements:

• Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification per state requirements
• Long-term care experience preferred
• Current CPR certification required
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English

Pay Rate: $20.00 per hour
