The Plaza at Clover Lake – Premier Assisted Living is located on beautiful grounds in Carmel, NY. We are seeking compassionate and dependable Overnight Home Health Aides (HHA/PCA) to join our dedicated team. The Overnight Home Health Aide assists our elderly residents with personal care, health monitoring, and maintaining a safe and comfortable living environment throughout the night. The successful candidate must be reliable, dependable in attendance, and able to maintain accurate documentation in accordance with New York State Department of Health regulations.

• Must possess a valid HHA or PCA certificate registered with the New York State Department of Health.

• No experience required—we provide paid training.

• Must be dependable and able to work overnight hours.

• One weekend overnight shift is required.

• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including dressing, toileting, hygiene, repositioning, transfers, and mobility assistance as outlined in their individualized care plans.

• Perform overnight safety checks and wellness rounds.

• Observe and report any changes in residents' physical or mental condition to the Manager.

• Maintain accurate documentation of care provided, resident behaviors, and any significant overnight events.

• Respond promptly to resident call bells and emergencies.

• Help maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for all residents.

• Assist with light housekeeping duties and prepare residents for the morning routine as needed.

• Overnight Shift: 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM

• Full-time

• Expected hours: 37.5 per week

• One weekend overnight shift required

• Flexible scheduling available

Starting at $18.65 per hour
